Event Location: Country Club of Orange Park

Cost: $100 per player ($400 for team of 4)

Sponsorships:

$75, sign with company logo or $400, sign and a foursome.

All players will receive one gift bag, boxed lunch, button down collared shirt, raffle
ticket and putting contest ticket at registration. Then a country style buffet dinner
at the conclusion of the tournament.

 

Schedule:

11:00am, Registration, Practice / Range Balls / Lunch

12:15pm, Putting Contest

1:15pm, Meeting for instructions

1:30pm, Shotgun start

Hole-in-One Contest for your chance to win a NEW CAR

Putting contest for your chance to win $2500

Additional raffle tickets and putting contest tickets can be
purchased at registration (cash or check only)
